I drink these on days I work and even with minimal changes to my diet otherwise, I've kept most of the weight off that I lost for the whole year. Typically I feel like I need to start the new year with a diet to reset me but this is the first time in years that I don't feel I need to. So glad they came back in time for my birthday.

So far I love the products I get from this company. The meal replacement shakes are pretty good. I make a smoothie with them though, I dont just mix with water and drink... I like to blend with frozen fruit and ice. But they taste pretty good and fill me up. Im about to try the super greens

I've used alot of different brands of protein shakes but the taste of these shakes by far are the best. Banana is my favorite flavor but they're great tasting. I've had iced coffee, chocolate, violet crumble and strawberry. I tell all my friends about these. I've also ordered some of their of products, collagen, greens, and immunity 👍👍
